At Sitti Social Enterprise, we are committed to fulfilling your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Please review the information below before placing your order.

 Where We Ship From

We ship globally.

Orders are fulfilled from:

  • Mississauga, Ontario, Canada

Some orders may ship from one or multiple locations depending on product availability.

 Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days

  • Many orders ship within 72 hours, and occasionally same day

  • Processing times do not include shipping or transit time

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

Shipping times vary based on:

  • Destination

  • Courier selected at checkout

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Once your order is shipped, delivery timelines are outside of our control and depend entirely on the courier and local postal services.

International Shipping, Customs & Duties

  • International orders (including the U.S.) may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees

  • These fees are the responsibility of the customer

  • Delays caused by customs clearance or border processing are outside of our control

Orders shipped internationally are non-refundable once shipped.

 Delays, Courier Issues & Lost Packages

While we do our best to ship orders promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Customs or border holds

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

If you have not received your package within 8 weeks of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at help@sittisoap.com and we will assist in opening a courier inquiry where applicable.

Returned Shipments

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Incorrect address provided at checkout

  • Customs or duties issues

  • Courier or border processing issues

We can offer one of the following:

  • Reship the order at no additional charge, or

  • Refund the order minus original shipping fees

Refunds (where applicable) are only processed once the item is returned to us.

Time-Sensitive & Gift Orders

If your order is:

  • A gift, or

  • Time-sensitive

Please email us at help@sittisoap.com before or immediately after placing your order. While we cannot guarantee delivery dates, we will do our best to advise on shipping options.

 Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout

  • Rates are based on weight, destination, and shipping method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
