What is moringa?
Moringa derives from the drought-resistant tree part of the Moringaceae family. It was used in ancient Egypt for perfume-making, and in Africa and Asia for consumption. The Moringa plant has incredible health benefits due to its antifungal, antiviral, anti-depressant, and anti-inflammatory properties. Moringa has both beauty benefits and health benefits. By consuming moringa, it is said to help protect the liver, prevent certain types of cancer, and protect the cardiovascular system, however, these are only a few examples of the great benefits moringa is known to provide.
